Reservation: 1/10 - worst expirience in my practice.

I've been to this place before.

Like almost anywhere else, it's easy.

You can ask the administrator on the Telegram channel who's available, make a reservation in your name, arrive, and get the KTV you chose.

But this time, something went wrong.

At first, I wanted to get KTV 37, but the receptionist said it was booked all day until 8:00 PM. (This girl is incredibly popular, getting to her is apparently as difficult as getting to the president)

My next choice was KTV 65.

The receptionist happily announced that a girl would be available at 3:30 PM and I could reserve her for that time.

She didn't even ask my name; she simply looked at my previous reservation and wrote "anh alex 65 15h30."

I was happy and full of anticipation (since I'd read so many good reviews about her), grabbed the motorcycle keys from the table, put on my jacket, and hit the road.

I live far from here, so after driving 15 km in 30 minutes through Saigon traffic and arriving.

I was told that KTV 65 was reserved for another guest, and I had to either choose from the available KTV or go home.

"Holy shit, is that even possible?"

I was shocked by the service.

I was also informed that I was notified about this in a Telegram channel, and apparently I just didn't see it. Twice holy shit.

Unfortunately, I don't speak Vietnamese, so I couldn't express everything I thought about this mess verbally or to her face.

tried to write that this shouldn't be done. I came for a specific KTV that she booked for me, and I want to keep it. But the staff didn't care about the opinion of some foreigner. It's either choose what's available or go home.

This was the first time in my life I've encountered such disdainful treatment. No one tried to solve my problem or do anything. No one cared.

Perhaps I should have just turned around and left, but I arrived there expecting pleasant company and with a practically erect penis in my pants. So I chose the only option I'd seen in a photo before and that stuck in my mind: KTV 55.

After that, the administrator texted me that KTV 65 was already booked by a client and should have been free by the time I arrived, but the client liked it and wanted to extend it for another two hours. So, essentially, my reservation was cancelled for another client who decided to continue the fun.

This is just complete bullshit.

Basically, making a reservation at this place is like playing Russian roulette.

You'll either get lucky or you won't, or they'll give preference to another guest and tell you to fuck off.

I haven't been to every establishment of this kind, of course, but the 10-12 places I've visited have never cancelled my reservation. Yes, there were a couple of times when I had to wait, but I can't wrap my head around that kind of thing.

Later, the administrator wrote to me again, admitted her guilt, and offered a 200k discount on my next visit. Oh my God.

If you don't know how to solve the problem, ask your boss, don't make things worse.

I'm not asking for special treatment as a foreigner, but being treated like dog shit is something I've never experienced before.

This post could have been bright and beautiful, about how we had a nice time chatting with KTV 55, but unfortunately, I have to write about this.

After my Telegram post with a review and a rough description of what happened, someone wrote to me, "Why are you writing about something bad if you got what you came for anyway?"

If no one knows about the problem, it will never be fixed.

Later, someone else contacted me, introducing themselves as an administrator, but using the same username and profile, asking me to understand the situation and saying they would take this matter into account in the future.
